Tyndall Productions Ltd. have been in business since 1984. The Directors Alan & Lynn Tyndall initially started the company as a Public Relations business serving a wide range of corporate clients, and branched into Independent Television Production in 1988 specialising in motor sport.
They introduced the popular television programme RPM in 1991, and it has run continuously on UTV since that date. It has also been broadcast on RTE, TV3, Sky Sports, Setanta, Motors TV, and on other channels across the globe.
The company has run such major promotions as the Belfast Millennium Motorsport Festival at Stormont and the Martin Donnelly Trophy Races at Kirkistown.
Alan Tyndall, a former PR Officer for the Belfast City Council and the Northern Ireland Sports Council, through his broadcasting, journalistic, and public relations activities, has extensive contacts throughout the motor sporting world. His wife Lynn looks after the accounts and all personnel matters and Associate Paul McAuley, who has been with the company for over twenty years, manages the day to day running of the company. Christopher Tyndall, joined the firm in 2006 having completed a Media Studies course, and he is an accomplished cameraman and editor.
